Quail Hunting
Nestled just outside the quaint town of Nashville, Georgia, in the historic southwest Georgia quail plantation belt, we offer one of the finest class hunting lodges in the area, serving small and intimate groups of avid quail and upland bird enthusiasts.
A long winding driveway will deliver you to the welcoming front steps of our Lodge. The sun spilling over the wide front porch with its rockers inviting you to sit and relax.
Our comfortable main Lodge and “Bunkhouse” accommodate smaller parties, thus offering an uncommon intimacy and privacy to your stay.
Hunt on more than 3,000 acres of diverse terrain, from piney woods to crop fields and thickets.
Our “unlimited bird” quail hunts allow our guests to relax without counting birds and considering extra fees for overkill.
We offer half day and full day all-inclusive Quail Hunt packages as well as limited half day Pheasant Tower Shoots.

We are proud of our English Setters, Pointers, GSPs, Labrador Retrievers and English Cocker Spaniels. They are at the heart of Shadow Plantation’s quail hunting. Their talnt, determination, enthusiasm and athleticism adds a thrill to every hunt for their elusive prey, the Bobwhite quail.
Go on safari with zebras, blackbuck antelope, fallow and red stag deer.
Wandering around the beautiful grounds surrounding the main Lodge and Bunkhouse, you will no doubt take notice some of the other animals that reside at Shadow Oak Plantation. Providing a mini safari for photography enthusiasts or non hunting guests, Shadow Oak Plantation boasts a large collection of exotic animals protected in our wildlife refuge.
